Seasonless items are accepted year round. We prefer pristine items purchased new within the past 1-3 years, plus select vintage pieces. We take NEW swimwear with tags and pajamas in like-new condition.
In the spirit of sustainability and transparency, we DO NOT take fast fashion brands such as:
Shein, Old Navy, Gap, H&M, Target, Walmart, Forever 21, Urban Outfitters, Fred Meyer, Macy’s, Kohl’s, Chicos, J. Jill, LOFT, Costco, Cabi, Michael Kors, Kenneth Cole, Calvin Klein etc.
How to consign with us= please read first*
Step 1: Make an appointment.
Book a consignment drop-off appointment below after reading the important details. You may bring your items anytime on the day of your scheduled appointment. Please read instructions to streamline your drop-off.
Please note: We steam all consignment clothing and we have very little storage space. So, please bring your items folded and stored in paper or cloth bags. We are not able to accept hangers or shoe boxes as we don’t have a way to dispose of them.
We will look through your items within two days after your appointment.
Step 2: Pacific Holiday chooses and prices your items. —We prefer pristine items purchased new within 1-3 years, plus select vintage pieces. We take NEW swimwear with tags and pajamas in like-new condition.
We choose, price and sell your items for 90 days. We typically price items between ¼ and ½ of the retail price, depending on condition and desirability.
Due to our small retail space, we have to be extremely selective and cannot take items that are not the right fit for our customers.
Step 3: New consignors, check your email for a link to your Consignor Access account. Returning consignors, log-in to your current Consignor Access account to view your most recent batch of items.
Pacific Holiday will send Consignor Access invites to NEW consignors only within seven days of drop-off. Returning consignors will not receive an email. Again, returning consignors will not receive an email.
We will take a look at and sort through your items within two days after your appointment. You must pick up your 'go-back’ items within 10 days of the date of your drop off appointment. All items not picked up will be donated to RoseHaven Shelter after 10 days. NOTE: We do not contact you before we donate your items. Please contact us if you need more time to pick-up your go-backs.
Step 4: Earn credit.
After your items sell, consignors earn 50% in store credit or 40% in one check. Your consignor balance is paid-out on request and expires after 12 months of inactivity. You can check the status of your items and your consignor balance, by logging into your Consignor Access account.
We highly encourage you to frequent our shop before booking an appointment to consign. We are a small, specifically curated boutique. Independent designers and boutique brands are our niche.
